Terms & privacy
Last updated October 29, 2026 (accounts and members-only guide)
Cruise Eats is a personal guide to dishes on cruise ships, written by the people who ate them. It isn't run by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any cruise line.
Ratings are opinions
Stars, “order again” and notes are each diner’s own opinion on the day they ate. Menus, recipes, prices, cover charges and restaurants change from ship to ship and sailing to sailing, so check with the ship before you rely on anything here.
Food allergies and diets
Don’t use Cruise Eats for allergen, ingredient or dietary information. Always ask the ship’s restaurant staff.
What you add
- You keep ownership of the photos and notes you add.
- By adding them, you let Cruise Eats store them and show them to other members in the app and guide, and you can ask for them to be removed at any time.
- Only add photos you took yourself, and keep notes honest and respectful. Don’t add other people’s photos, private information, or anything offensive.
- The owner may edit or remove content that breaks these rules.
Privacy
- What’s stored: the name you sign in with, your password (scrambled so it can’t be read back), and the menus, ratings, notes and photos you add.
- Who sees what: members (anyone with a free account) see dishes, ratings, notes, photos and the names people signed in with. The cruiseeats.com front page shows only a few dish names and photos, with no ratings or notes. Your email, password and sign-in details are never shown to other members.
- No ads or tracking: Cruise Eats has no advertising, doesn’t sell or share your information, and doesn’t track you across other sites. It’s hosted on Cloudflare.
- Removing your content: ask the person who invited you, and your ratings, notes and photos will be deleted.
Names and trademarks
Cruise line, ship and restaurant names belong to their owners and are used only to say where a dish was served. Cruise Eats doesn’t use cruise lines’ logos or photos.
No guarantees
Cruise Eats is shared free and as-is, without any guarantee that it’s complete, accurate or always available.
